Payment Information

 

  • The Summer Surge Group classes can be paid weekly or bi-weekly. The payment is due at the end of each session.

  • Private lessons with Coach Brad can be paid weekly or bi-weekly.

  • Summer Surge Events must be paid no later than a week after the event has occurred.

Pay with cash

Please put the cash in an envelope with a note that mentions what the payment is for.

Pay with check

All checks should be made out to Brad Kleffman. Please mention what the payment is for in the memo.

Pay with venmo

Scan the QR code with your phones camera to access Brad’s venmo. You can also look up Brad’s venmo with his username, Brad-Kleffman. Please mention what the payment is for.

Pay with Paypal
